• Respect for Time

At Khy Artistry, we value your time and the time of all our clients. In order to ensure that everyone receives the best experience, we kindly ask that you respect your appointment time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment, or we may need to reschedule.

• Late Arrivals

• Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service.
No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the booked service.

• Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We understand that things happen, but advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients.

 

• Respect for Other Clients

Please be mindful of other clients' time. Arriving late, canceling last-minute, or no-showing not only affects your appointment but also impacts other clients who rely on their scheduled time.
If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary adjustments to your appointment.

After-hours appointments (scheduled before 10 AM or after 6 PM) are available for an additional fee of €20.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an after-hours appointment, the same cancellation and no-show policies apply. A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and a no-show fee of 100% will apply if no notice is given.

• Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of service.
We accept cash only.

•  Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the service, please let us know within 3 days so we can address your concerns.
